This walkthrough is for place 8304191830, the experience whose public title includes the April Fool's prefix and whose creator on the listing is Gomu. Confirm that place id before you spend time in a different Anime Adventures listing.
What a match is
You place anime-inspired units beside a path and upgrade them with Yen earned in that match. Enemies walk the path. Killing them, finishing waves, and using farm units are the documented ways Yen appears. Gems are the separate lobby currency used to summon more units. Do not spend the Gem balance on in-match upgrades.
The listing says the experience is fan-made and is not affiliated with any official series that inspired it. It also says matchmaking has been added to more modes, so some queues can pair you with friends or with other players.
First session
- Join only after the Roblox page shows servers you can enter. A public read of the listing has reported no running experiences, while a games-list snapshot the same week still carried a player count. Those two signals disagree, so the client is the check that matters.
- Finish the opening tutorial. It is the documented way the game teaches battles, collecting units, and evolution. The unit it hands you is a starter, not a finished carry.
- Find the Codes circle near spawn only after you have read the code page. Three strings are still disputed, and most of the historical list is expired. Several codes, including APRILFOOLS, ask for level 20 or higher.
- Clear Story from Planet Greenie forward. Each world has its own XP food. Planet Greenie's food is the Senzu Bean. First-time Story clears are a Gem source. Infinite mode for a world opens after every act in that world is finished.
- Summon only when you can afford a miss. The currency page does not restate a current Gem price per summon. A 2023 guide recorded 50 Gems and hourly banner changes. Use the in-game banner text for the price you see today.
- Level the units you actually place. Story, Infinite, and XP food are the documented leveling routes. Adept is the trait that adds 50% XP and no damage.
What to ignore on day one
Do not buy trait rerolls for a unit you will replace. Rare, Epic, and Legendary rerolls cost 1 Star Remnant. Mythic and Secret rerolls cost 5. A Legendary that evolves into a Mythic keeps its trait, so a later roll on the evolved form is the expensive one.
Do not treat Virtual Dungeon or Dungeon Throne on the Story list as the key-based Dungeon mode. That mode arrived in Update 20 and spends a dungeon key.
Done when
You can clear the acts you have unlocked, you know which of your units are worth Yen upgrades, and your Gem spending is tied to a banner you can read in the lobby. Next, use the Story world list, then the trait reroll guide once a unit is worth keeping.
